MSL doesn't really coach much in my opinion, just allows the players to do their own thing. No timeouts, no line juggling, no trap, no real evidence of strategy on his part. I am not knocking the guy but he just stands there like an usher.
I like MSL's philosophy and ideas, but he doesn't really coach during a game. Might as well not have coach during the game. He makes zero adjustments when things don't work.

He treats players like he wanted to be treated, but you can't do that with every player. If you had 20 players with his hockey sense and intensity, then yes, he can do that.

If you want to be sure that you lose momentum...make sure to play Anderson right after.

St Louis is so smart. Let's pretend we're really bad for 46 minutes, then we show our true powers and play on their fear to lose in the same fashion two nights in a row.

Why does this Bobrov guy have a job here? Honest question
This hiring was 100% a case of who you know and not what you know especially after looking at Bobrov's 1st round draft record for drafting players from Europe in round 1.

Hiring Bobrov while also retaining the amateur scouts will end up being Gorton's biggest blunder with the Habs.
