Yeah. Coach needs to accept there are better options available, and not exploring them is hurting the team. Org has so much loyalty around Nuge, but I bet Nuge will barely be bothered if he gets demoted off some spots. One benefit of one gear Nuge, he will still just stay in gear 1 if he gets dropped down a bit.
