J Skinner with the greasy eel-like wriggle in hard ice. Nice puck protection and decision by Hyman. Perfect road start.
Mcdavid needs to play a few games with those two, give it time to click it’s such a good fit. Just a couple of slippery guys desperate for goals with a nose for the net and they can skate too, it’s perfect I tell ya!!

Yup. Been hoping for this from the start of the year. Hope Knob sees it. Nuge not that useful on the top line, we can do much better now.

they dominated large stretches of every game they've lost.

Shooting % and goaltending let them down

Shooting % is normalizing now back to where it should be and the goals and wins are coming.
Yup. Everyone had pitch forks early on but I’m not worried. They are a solid team. Just need the puck to go in more and hope skinner can be more consistent in net. Said it many times before. As long as they get into the playoffs snd click when it matters, that’s all I care about.

I generally agree but they’re also noticeably faster now. And they weren’t slow before.
i dont think they are that much faster now then they were earlier in the year.

They've largely looked great all year.

They do look better with Ryan out of the lineup, but he only played 6-8 mins a night so thats not a major contributor.

Early in the season they would have 30-40 shots on net and not have a goal or only have 1. Meanwhile the other team would have 20-30 and have 4 or 5 goals. That leveling out and equalizing is the difference.

Nuge - Henrique - Brown seems like a solid 3rd line. They’re all pretty inconsistent with scoring, but good two way players and they’ll have their hot streaks.

Skinner - McDavid - Hyman
Pod - Drai - Arvi
Nuge - Henrique - Brown

I wanna see that.

Sometimes I swear you could pretend to throw a ball like you would for a dog and Skinner would fall for it
