After beating the Bruins in that snooze-fest earlier this week, scoring one 5-on-5 goal and an ENG, Philly slumbered their way to a 2-1 win over St. Louis. I perused the Flyers board afterward, and someone was lamenting how slow their board was after a win.

There was a great response - that's the problem with non-event hockey. There's nothing to talk about. ;)

So let's hope this isn't an afternoon of endless passes, only to eventually put a low percentage shot into the shins of Tortorella's shot-blocking Flyers.

The B's contained Konecny/Couturier/Michkov last game, but that may be trickier not having last change.

The B's PK has the potential to be historically bad, so stay out of the box.

The players seem to be enjoying themselves on the road, going by videos the team posts. Hopefully they ran the Rocky steps, visited the Liberty Bell, went to Pat's or Geno's, or for the cultured ones took in the Philadelphia Art Museum, etc. today. And Saturday they will be focused and ready.

So Monty not fired? When I heard that practice was cancelled I was sure that meant Monty had to go have a sit down with Don and Cam. Guess not.
Alright, carry on then. I'm sure this game will be different :)

The B's better come out flying with lots of shots and crashing the net

I cannot take another effortless game like the last two

..they owe their fans a game where they at least give a shit
