I will say this, though, I'm over that top line.

Kakko sucks and the other two are being too cute with each other.

I really wanna go back to Kreider and Trocheck who were great at forechecking together.

Kakko with the two BFFs is pointless, it's a poisoned chalice. Zib and Kreider will do nothing for a couple of months but smooch and wait for PPs. We've seen this movie before several times.

I'm firmly on the boat that neither of these two were ever that good.

It's funny how they're the inverse of each other. Kakko is a toolsy player but he never, ever, ever produced against men. Lafreniere produced off the charts as a junior but I still don't know how.

At least Lafreniere has shown the chops of a decent top sixer so far this year.

This game is a revelation. I am gaining awareness and enlightenment. My deeper understanding of the New York Rangers is a welcome addition to my total being.

We might see Mackey next game. Jones doesn't fit if they plan to use him with Schneider.

Brodzinski looks just as useless as predicted, how he looked in camp be damned.

Krieder and Zibs should let Kakko in on the after the win hug they always do. Maybe osmosis will help chemistry?

Jones has to be up to double digit turnovers.

He’s not even trying to play any kind of structured hockey

Even so if Laf was good Panarin would have 30points this season.

Laf has elite offensive zone IQ he just can't do anything skillful at speed.

Kakko can't process and has shown zero f***ing anything in tight except a propensity to get hit on the boards. He's Jesper Fast on NA ice. Maybe different on bigger ice.
