Hard for scouts to see players this year, for several reasons obviously.

GM's and scouts havent been able to scout any games because all the leagues have suspended play with covid and all that stuff.

Juniors are not playing, nobody knows who they should draft or assess players. They are proposing two drafts in the same year
One for 19 year olds and one for 18 year olds

Makes sense, thanks fellas.

Would be bizarre, that first draft might break a record for most drafted players going straight to NHL.
