Schenn was open for the score on that shot. Should have tied it up. But, The Flyers should have also had a holding penalty, keeping Neighbours from getting to the puck with another Blue driving towards the net, in a situation where they might have scored fairly easily.

So, instead, The Blues lose again to a weaker team.

Until we can get a top 6 center we are not going to be any sort of team. Throwing out 11 wingers a night and the only center is Faska is not going to be any kind of recipe for a winning team. Guess the trains are coming back
Unless our top paid players start to play like our top players, we are not going to be any sort of team.

2 goals in 10 games for our "goal scorer".

Schenn stinks too, but atleast he contributed to a cup win and didn't throw our coach under the bus.

Man, Kyrou is such a frustrating player to watch. He gets plenty of chances but can't seem to bury them most of the time and then he coughs the puck up like that and costs us the game. I can't think of another player who just loses the puck without being pressured as much as he does. He really should have cleaned up that part of his game by now and it cost us at least a point in this one.

Damn, Ersson is a tough nut to crack. The Flyers played a great team game; they're better than I thought. The Blues played well honestly, just Flyers capitalized on the mistake after we tied it. Bad turnover by Kyrou, and not a good game by Suter either. Plz leave Peru in Philly if we can. Broberg continues to be a revelation. Didn't hear much from Buch tonight.

If we didn’t offer sheet Broberg, we would be right there with the Sharks for the worst record in the league.

Buch has been quiet for 95% of this season. Texier tries hard but doesn't actually accomplish much in the end and Bolduc needs a stint in the AHL to find his confidence. I'd prefer Walker in the lineup over him at this point.

We probably deserved to win this game or at least get a point, but we couldn't capitalize on too many chances, our PP was horrible again and the untimely turnover iced it.

We are a injury away from being there.

Kyrou and Schenn need to be traded, for peanuts if thats all you get. Cap space needs to be accumulated and clubhouse cancers need to be purged

They’re not trading Kyrou and nobody would take Schenn

I was iffy on the acquisition of Texier, but I wanted to give him a chance. I liked his hustle. Unfortunately, that hustle is all that he brings to the table. He has ZERO defensive game. Unless he starts providing some offence to justify that lack of defensive awareness, he will be a liability.

Package them into multi team trades. Take lesser returns for cap space. Both of them must go.
So, Kyrou and Schenn for future considerations?

I was elated by the Texier acquisition, but my elation has been a little misguided, so far. He looks like he wants to score way too bad. If he played a more well-rounded game, then the points would come.

Texier has 3 points in 6 games. Schenn has 4 points in 11 games. I’m not ready to throw in the towel on Tex yet.

I mean we don't need cap space so why do we need to accumulate it?

Tex is not a McDavid, he needs good players to play with.
