I've been dealing with sinus problems for decades. I always have a nasal cleanser handy, Flownaz for when it gets worst and naproxen for the damn headaches, but the cleanser helps keeping them at bay.

I'll take a look into those! I thought the nasal rinse stuff was mostly bs until I tried it a few weeks ago and it helped a lot.
