Surprised they even put McIsaac on the team. Has he really only played 3 games this season? Now he’s being thrown into the highest level of junior hockey and he’s getting exposed. Really they should’ve just chosen a guy who can defend and has been actually playing this season. They don’t need another offensive defenceman.

Canada doesn't cut returning players, or if they do it is extremely rare. Especially when the assistant coach in charge of the D is a huge proponent of the player.
