Far from useless. Stupid, yes. Useless, no. Need to figure out a way to control his emotions and stupid decisions. He's a great 4th liner aside from the stupidity.

This. White is a good fourth line spark plug. But he needs to cut back on the crazy. He's behaving like the young grinders who pick a fight in every exhibition game to try and prove they're willing to step up for the team. That works in exhibition, when the games are meaningless, but he's got to realize that's not how he'll win a regular spot now.

I love Ryan White and watching Ott getting his face pounded made me smile but it was still a dumb move no matter how you look at it.

If it was 6-1 i wouldn't care but at 4-2 you have to be more controlled and disciplined

I'm a huge Desharnais fan, but he holds more value to this team than to another. Plus, they fit two completely different styles.
