Seider is like me playing nhl. Goes for the hit every time. Frequently gets the puck loose but then is way out of position every time.

So hard to base my opinion on players as this is basically the first full 60 minutes I've watched this year... what I did notice.

Gustafsson - not a good first game, didn't look comfortable with the puck and bad coverage in his own end

Motte - Looks like typical energy, minimal offense 4th line guy.

Tarasenko - plays a hard nosed game, has a shot and offensive instinct. Needs time to gel, but can see the positive impact he can have.

Larkin - Kane - Raymond - barely noticeable after first 10 minutes.

Edvinsson - work in progress but has the skill to be an absolute force if he can limit mistakes

Defensive game & goaltending - simply not good enough. It's 1 game so no need to panic, upset ill miss Saturdays game because I'd imagine they will play like their hair is on fire.
