Hard to be mad about Forbort. You can't break a rookie in with a guy who's been passed by in the game. Those two belong in the AHL. At least Greene served a purpose for many years here, his time is just up (similar to Aaron Miller).
The Derek Forbort blunder is something I can't let go of because every ****ing time I'm going to be reminded of Vladimir Tarasenko.
I need a drink.
It's opening night. I'm gonna wait at least three games before burying anyone.
Even on our best seasons, 'banner night' has been a ****show.

I think it's more frustration seeing that this guy was drafted 6 years ago (approaching 7 years in June) and is on the verge of being waiver fodder.
He just doesn't show anything to me that stands out as an individual and looks like any other callup from the minors who will quickly be forgotten about.
Maybe, but misses are part of drafting. At least we didn't pick Hugh Jessiman in 2003.I think it's more frustration seeing that this guy was drafted 6 years ago (approaching 7 years in June) and is on the verge of being waiver fodder.

Is this Greene's last season or does he have a couple more years?
Couldn't you say that about everyone in a Kings jersey though?
