I live in Raleigh..............the blackout sign (for Hurricanes games for me) will not show until the program is supposed to start, so the answer is no. Find out at 7 PM if you are blacked out. I still get all the games here as Fox Carolina's carry's all Canes games (Canes bad, but did want to watch Wiz play this year)

Traded the mountains and the fog of dreary Salzburg for the sun and warm weather of Canton, Ohio. Guess I got lucky. When I put my zip in, it said Root was my home network, so I was crossing my fingers that it would work.
and yes, I was watching Wiz's injury. I was interested in seeing how he was doing this year, but looks like he won't play for most, if not all, of the year.
