Still without our head coach. The assistant is the assistant for a reason. But yeah, I picked 3-1 Avs; if I just came here tonight and saw it was 3-3 after two, I'd be like "cool, we're still fully in it".
I'm a little late to comment on the Pionk broken stick fiasco that resulted in an Avs goal and it's easy to be critical from my big-ass recliner but early in the sequence, the Jets had an excellent chance to ice the puck, get a stoppage and a new stick but for some inexplicable reason didn't and it was thrown back into the fray behind the net.
Yup and they have one heck or a top unit. Wve played them very well tonight and have had our fair share of good looks. Not at all unhappy with out play tonight.
