One change that I've noticed with Arniel this year is that if the Jets turn rhe puck over in the O zone, instead of relentless puck pursuit, they're just falling back into a 1-2-2 in the neutral zone to try to create a turnover and counter-attack

I think that will pay dividends long term with regards to fatigue levels and exertion levels. Hopefully avoid that mid and late season drop offs

He's a former 7th overall. I always wondered how he ended up a depth guy. Great size, skates well (same could be said of Keaton Ellerby, though)
