Tonight should be proof that they need to give Buium a spot in the postseason. Middleton did NOT look good. They rushed back Ek, Kap, and probably Middleton. Meanwhile, you have other college kids getting their chances and making a difference with their new teams.
I'm not celebrating shit (doubt anyone else is other than this MAF salute, which I'm into). This game was f***ing pathetic.

Sorry. I'm sentimental. He's been shaky for us, but he's a good guy and future HOFer. That was just @!#$ing awesome. Because he's not gonna get time in the playoffs.

I very much enjoyed that decision to put Flower in. Totally awesome
MAF sendoff into retirement after a flurry of saves in OT and a win! Wouldn't have it any other way.
Buium has to debut. Horrible showings by 4D-6D showed we could use a boost.

Similar feelings. When he's good, he's good. Ain't no one like him, last of his breed. Sure, he hasn't always been that; age comes for everyone, plus even in his prime he wasn't exactly known for his consistency.
Very well deserved send-off. I loved that OT and a mini highlight reel of his career. Even better that we win. Classy move from Ducks to show respect, too.
