That might actually be worse depending on the compensation. You're looking at a 1st, 2nd, 3rd at most. That's horrible asset management.

Well, I had a number of change of scenery moves based on my lineup. I didn't really account for cap that would need to come back in Spurgeon/Brodin trades though. That is problematic.

Right, but it's Guerin. If some team offersheets Rossi at $8M AAV and Guerin is hardstanced at $7M... That's the one instance for me where I would go over my number for Rossi.

I would want my GM to have enough sense to match it and then trade Rossi for something that's actually going to help the team in the next several years. But like you said, it's Guerin.
