I would too, but I think teams would be way more willing to accept Hartman in a trade than Trenin.

I don't think either of them are worth much, and I think getting rid of the better asset because it's an easier asset to get rid of is the exact type of move that this team needs to avoid at all costs.

In order to move Trenin we probably have to attach an asset (pick/prospect) or take back a cap dump of some sort. I could see Hartman going for just a pick.

What kind of pick? What kind of cap dump? I would attach a mid round pick to be clear of Trenin outright, and I'd be willing to trade him for a similar bottom six player who's slightly cheaper and can skate.

What the f*** are they reviewing? He let up when the refs got in

That last punch to the head after Forbort was clearly down on the ice, that's a big time no. Forbort is back down on the ice, Trenin is on top of him, throwing a punch to the head isn't a hockey fight, it's battery.

If Forbert challenged Trenin because of a hit on Hughes, then that's a penalty

Exactly. It should be a Wild PP, as per rules.

But, wouldn't be the first time this game that stripes call it one way and rulebook is an afterthought - unless it's convenient for their agenda.

So, you're good with the punch he threw on Trenin on the way down though? I'd say that was equally as vulnerable a position.

When Trenin was on his knees? Yeah I'm good with that, fight doesn't end when a guy's on his knees, they pop up. It does end when a guy's back-down on the ice.
