It kinda feels like the Wild have entered must-win territory, too. Luckily, right as it seemed the Wild were going to completely surrender the final wildcard spot, both Calgary and Vancouver simultaneously surrendered. It's like a Mexican standoff, except instead of pointing guns at each other, we're all pointing bananas.

Good luck to your team. I hope they lose but come out of it healthy and can rattle some wins off against a different team.

I'm also ready to watch the Wild tonight. My kid kept me up most of last night, so I need sleep. These two things are related.

I like some players on this team , as a whole they are probably my least favorite iteration of the Wild ever though. If Kap isn’t healthy there isn’t much reason to watch. Faber taking a step back instead of progressing really sucks. His zone exits have been slow and no help , his offensive game has all but stalled and he’s obviously worn out.

Ek either being significantly injured or just regressing quickly also blows. Same old injury story with the usuals and the game they bring is just awful to watch. No speed at all. Just gross hockey
