They just need to implement some kind of rule that prevents a team from taking the puck back towards their own end of the ice on purpose. That's what kills it. All three guys cycling in the offensive zone and then they decide to leave the zone and bring the puck back across the center line, not fun.

Regardless of whatever it was I just watched it’s soooooo satisfying to see the Avs lose in any manner. Wish they would have lost 1-0 though.

Idea: 5v5 OT for 5 mins, 4v4 OT for 5 mins, if no winner... tie.

Wanted to turn off the game after the first 10 minutes, glad I stuck with it. Great battle overall with the Wild refusing to back down. Had a bit of a playoff vibe to it with the tight checking all over the ice. Excellent game by the first line. This is how the team must play without Ek and Kaprizov. They will surprise nobody but they have to outwork almost any team in the league if they want to succeed and this time they did.

I agree, but you've forgotten to mention Gus. Without him, this is a bottom 5 team in the league.

Too much whining here, lately. If you removed Kucherov, Cirelli & McDonagh from TBL, how good would they be? We are very clearly in control of a playoff spot. Our team when healthy has been very very good. We are poised to add a couple bluechip prospects this spring and a big FA this summer.

I want to actually see what Guerin’s team looks like before we call for his head. Unfortunately for us, that won’t happen til October

I don't mind ties. They're just about the only part of a boring formalwear that you can have some fun with. Well, those and socks, but ties are more visible.
