Yeah we need depth scoring. Even if Boldy and Rossi get a point every single game, it's only one goal per game, it's not enough. Lots of guys need to step up and we just don't have those guys.

We dont have a bottom 6.....we have a bottom 8-9. Big, but slow and offensively challenged. It's the mold of player that the GM likes. With the exception of Boldy and Rossi, we've once again become a team that relies on one damn player to carry the load. I can't see how Billy Bob could possibly sell anything to Kaprizov when you have nearly three lines full of guys who either belong in the bottom 6 or in the pressbox.

And what scares me is how his answer to our problems will probably be to move Rossi, throw the kitchen sink at Nelson or Boeser, and then sign yet another #@$!ing tough guy who cant score.

If he really gave a damn, he'd move two or three of Trenin, Hartman, Foligno, Mojo, and Zucc. Think of the money that would free up.

I think this is short-sighted. We are due for a huge boost from injuries, prospect arrivals and cap-space. If Guerin blows the $8m he has to buttress the Top 9 on a couple bottom role players, then I will be in agreement
