Probably not, but it's funny how sometimes you can lose a person from your organization that didn't seem all that meaningful, but it just throws everything off. That's happened multiple times in businesses I've been a part of, and I'm sure it happens with sports teams too. Sometimes when you have a winning mix, you just need to trust that mix and hold it together as long as you can because you don't know which change will ruin it.
