Jiricek needs to learn where to be, and he needs to be more careful with his stick and arms. I see a guy who has systems to learn, and skating to practice. My opinion on him has not changed. Point being that the skating should help him clean up some of the extra bits he has to do to keep control of play in the defensive zone, and avoid taking penalties.
