Gotta hope he and Trenin are built for “playoff” hockey I guess.

I do wish they could somehow find that GREEF magic again.
I’m still more worried about Hartman than Foligno. Foligno one of the better defensive wingers and the stats back that up year after year. We saw last year what a forward group with no physicality looks like and it was tough to watch.

Zucc is infuriating at times, but he had a handful of huge plays. We don’t win without him tonight.

Marat, Merrill, Boldy & MAF also with great games

May be some good from all these injuries.

Boldy back on track.

MAF rising to the occasion.

Jiricek closer than I thought.

There you go. Nail in the coffin!
Good game, Sharks. You were better than I thought.

Man, it's nights like this I'm glad we've got Flower to back us up. What a performance, and absolutely integral to securing the points in a game Wild didn't exactly control.

I know this is an overused trope especially here, but that Sharks team will be very scary in a few years. You can already see guys like Celebrini just taking over the game from time to time, being a danger every time he skates past that blue line.

Congratulations, MAF. Hell of a game from you tonight. You're my hero of the game.
Honourable mentions to our #1 D Bogo, 25.09 TOI, +1, 1 shot, 1 block and 2 hits!

Another 3 point night for Zucc? Damn...he should hit Guerin's office and claim another million or two. He's getting robbed here :D

I would add Rossi to that list, he had a really good game along with the complete 1st line which basically was the only line showing up tonight. At times it looked like they really only did just enough to beat the Sharks tonight with the VGK waiting in the wings tomorrow. Good bounceback game for them and Jake Middleton. Going to be a tough fight against Vegas though.

Can't believe i am typing this, but merrill stepped up and had a mostly good game under trying circumstances.

Dermott can go away. We don't have someone better than him in Iowa?

Jiricek was decent. I don't like the way he jumps up into the rush and just stays there.... gives me Dumba vibes. Otherwise, though, would far rather have him than Dermott... baby steps.

Johansson is such a zero. Great skater, has some puck skills, but is allergic to any play not on the perimeter. He's play in the stands if he could.

Hartman continues to disappoint.

The AHL forwards we are bringing up make me sad. C'mon, Bankier, c'mon Haight! Surely you can do better? I understand the logic of keeping Ohgren down in the AHL for now, but am hoping to see him up in a month or so. We are screaming for someone with an offensive pulse in the middle six. I can see him meshing with JEE(who still looks hurt, btw).

Can’t be stated enough , Celebrini is a puck magnet. It just always finds his stick and he always makes something happen. I swear he played 45 minutes last night.
