I'm glad to be watching the SJ broadcast on this one, if Wes is the alternative. I don't hate on the guy by any stretch of imagination, but he's not suited to the role. Would be better on a desk than the booth. Plus SJ actually has a really good duo with generally decent knowledge combined with respect for the visitors and just... vibes.
As for tonight's game? Well, SJ played last night and... kinda look it. There's that hint of desperation and almost second wind in their play so far, but they've been OK. Wild's... Wild. We're not winning by corsi, rather the execution. Glad to be up, let's hope we can wake up more in 2nd and their legs start weighing just enough to keep them from coming back. So far we're holding on thanks to a timely goal and some excellent play from our 40-year old looking not a day over 25.

Man, Jiricek is such an interesting player. I'm not sure we've ever had a D who so aggressively looks to become a 4th forward. I get the downside, but I love that kind of player.
He’s been dealt with. The padded cell has Boldy goals going on a loop.
