I'm only half joking. I was a big advocate of the Rossi effect on Kaprizov earlier in the season. Obviously Kaprizov isn't really holding Rossi back in any meaningful way, but this does help underscore that Rossi isn't just a passenger. He's a not insignificant part of the reason Kaprizov and the team are having success, and I'm very happy for us fans and for him after what he's been through.
Half joking is still half truth
Kap was a better passer while Zucc was out. Started forcing bad passes to him once he came back

We've seen a couple of these recently, where the goalie had time to get reset. It seems that if you touch the goalie and then score within the next 5-10 seconds, it'll be goalie interference. Doesn't matter who helped you into the goalie either. I don't know... makes me wonder why that goal in Buffalo that injured Wedgewood wasn't goaltender interference, though. He sure as hell wasn't reset.

Poor Ben Jones. Scored his first NHL goal until he didn't. He even got the "first goal puck" wrapped up and all.
He should throw it back on the ice.

Just take the shot yourself, Trenin. You can do it.

I fully believe there is some degree of toxic codependency when Kaprizov and Zuccarello play together, and I'm not against splitting them up at all.

I wouldn't mind exploring this Rossi-Zuccarello thing more, and Boldy with Kaprizov would be dangerous.

I don't have much of a problem with that call. Contact was minimal at best, but jones was setting up a homestead in the blue paint with no effort to get out.

Zucc and Rossi!
