He's right, if the players do those things they'll be more successful. The thing is, they're already trying their hardest to. At some point, you need to either change the PK personnel to fit your system better, or you need to change the PK system to fit the players strengths better. You can't just poorly optimize a software program, boot it up, and then be like "GO FASTER!" It won't work.
