Anyone else remember when the large contingent of Canuck fans invaded the old Wild.com boards? Not sure how many of those oxygen thieves we had to deal with for a few years, but cripes, they were just as whiny back then.

Kap probably got away with one, but how many did the Canucks get away with? Call it a wash for Myers getting away with a blatant cross check to Ek.

It wasnā€™t a good play by Merrill but the reason it was in the back of the net is Marat went for a skate and lost his man completely. All he has to do is stop and start, puts enough pressure on the shooter and allows Gus to square.
Merrill also took a bad penalty leading to the 1st GA.
