Yep. The "real" Gallagher (I mean, I guess they both are), but the comedian one. If I recall the story correctly, he got sick for a while. Enough he couldn't perform. I also think he initially had permission to do it, but then when the "real" one got better, the brother refused to stop performing his act. Take all that with the fact that I have a horrible memory and those details might be fuzzy.
