Some things the Caps need to start doing, including some basics that BB instilled in Hershey and then the Caps to help turn both around when he arrived.

Be more aggressive on the puck
Move without the puck instead of standing flat footed waiting for it
It's what you do without the puck that leads to greatness with the puck was a phrase used that proved accurate
Use short quick passes and move the puck quickly with momentum up the ice, again don't stand flat footed
