My game puck goes to Nick Jensen with a 55% xGF in 22 minutes of work. Honorable mention goes to Aliaksei Protas, Hunter Shepard, and Rasmus Sandin.

I'll give Shep credit tonight, man was locked in and was out standing.

I still worry about him long term, but I could easily be wrong. Maybe he can man the pipes as the back up goalie to a true #1.

Los Angeles
Chucky Sideburns 2-1-0, 2.35 gaa, .927 sv%
Shep 2-0-0, 2.50 gaa, .915 sv%

Kuemper 3-3-2, 3.07 gaa, .893 sv%

Clay Stevenson with Hershey, got the 2-0 shutout(2nd shutout for him this season) tonight on 24 saves. He's now 4-2-0, 1.67 gaa, .932 sv%

Kuemper better get his act together or he could start to be expendable. He's the type of goalie that I expect to be a .920+ sv% goalie.

It amazes me how good of a goalie factory the Caps are. They have produced more NHL goalies in the last decade than any other team.

Part of why we had this lineup was the injuries to Mantha and kuemper. Right now it really feels like Lindy & Shepard battle harder and keep us in games.

To me Malenstyn is first star, even without a goal. He was heart and soul guy tonight. But i’m guessing first star will go to 8 or Shep

Him and the other Hershey graduates are making this a fun season for me.
