Somewhere in time
This felt like a Playoff game today. High intensity and a LOT of checks all throughout the game. The Leafs sure have toughened up under Berube and the Wild did have a lot of trouble during parts of the game where Gus really kept them in the game with his calmness. Good to see that they battled back and held their ground but you shouldn't have too many games like this throughout the regular season. It will grind down the roster eventually. Gotta stay healthy!

The OT winner was a classic Boldy play and really good from Rossi to give it to Boldy right away and not try to make it a 2-0. All in all fun game to watch with an end like that.

rossi is a class act! my only complaint was we didn't generate better chances on the PP.
It was bizarre how OEL took it upon himself to punch him in the back of the head multiple times while he was face down on the ice.

Really impressed with Khusnutdinov last night. Great speed and quickness. Makes high IQ plays in tight spaces. Very good defense. Even at his size he competes and win’s board battles. You can see he’s a playmaker and not a scorer, but is saddled with no skill wings. Was one of the most impressive forward on the ice last night.

I like him. Hope he ends up as a 3C, and an improvement over Gaudreau and Dewar. I will be curious to see if he starts to produce offensively when/if paired with more skilled players.

I think he’s focused on the right stuff right now. Being responsible all over the ice and making sure the coach knows he can be relied on. The offense will come with time and when he’s asked for it
