Are they keeping Middleton with Faber bc that pairing is better or because Spurgeon needs Brodin to cover for him? 46 seems miles from his usual self. Hope he can shake the rust off. We need him

Is kind of interesting. Looking at D pairs results it goes
1)brodin-faber
2) middleton-spurgeon
3)middleton-brodin
4)brodin-spurgeon.

So they are using their 3rd/4th best pairs (small sample size obviously).

Brodin - Spurgeon may be the softest D pairing ever assembled in the NHL.

Bogosian has been better than Spurgeon this year. He should be on that pair. Let Spurgeon get back to game speed on the 3rd pair

Marat is flying out there. Zucc is on his floating routine - I really think we should limit him to about 60 RS games.

Good one there Wesley! You covered it all. You included your childhood, and back in your day when you played! All in the same comment. 4 stars on that one…..

I’m calling him Wesley, since he is saying Anthony all the time.
