Hoping he can get in 5 games before seasons end. Not expecting miracles here. Vokoun began a magnificent NHL career in Montreal!

We also have Yevgeni Volokhin on the way. Others that we won't have room for are guys like Quentin Miller, Connor Hughes, Emmett Croteau and Joe Vrbetic. I think we also have ECHL rights to Luke Cavallin.

Yeah we're bursting at the seams with goalie prospects.

Great again tonight. First goalie in the 115 year history of the Habs to allow 1 goal total in his first 2 starts.

Fowler is the chosen one but this kid seems legit. Very good in his two years in the AHL. 23 yo, 6’5… he’s been lights out for two games. We’ll see

He's Czech. I cheer all the Czechs. Even mysak when you had him. In fact.. today I skiied.in a Plekanec jersey to support the czechs for.the game.tonight.

Yeah he was pretty good. I think Montreal wanted to protect him but they had a logjam in net at the time and they could only protect so many for the expansion draft.

They had Theodore, and Garon in the system, and Hackett was in his prime.

Yup.. got his cup of coffee and moved on to a very nice career. He wasn't passing those three at that time.. however, later on, he was pretty comparable to those 3.

It's probably because he played in the ncaa. I was confused at well before because it's not the traditional route for a European.
