Probably initially we hoped that Sorokin would have more than 20 minutes in the Olympics, but the team relied heavily on Koshechkin, still it's the gold medal.

Great for Sorokin. It never fails to amaze me how just one player can change the outlook of a team and I think this guy could do that for the Isles. Is it reasonable to consider him in that way? Seems like a top notch tender from the highlights I've watched.

He has everything you want in a goaltending prospect. The resume and development have been great. Only thing left is to get to NA and prove it here.
