Didn't they fire Emma like....instantly after her shoplifting arrest?
I know they re-hired her but seems kinda odd how harsh they were considering how much lesser of a charge it was.
Suspended.

A surprise return?? Hasn't Naomi been on TV a lot over the past couple months?Kidd isn't going anywhere as long as Nattie's on Total Divas.
And even then, probably not.
She still doesn't really have a spot on TV. If she made a surprise return, there would be no reaction.
According to reports, he admitted to the tampering with a witness charge.Guilty until proven innocent, gotta love it.
Suspended.
Rose is a dumbass. Dude has the whole internet behind him when WWE suspended him for the Wellness violation that he proved he had doctors supervision for and even got reinstated, and now he pulls this.
Doesn't really seem too bad either.Yep. Every single wrestling fan was hoping for Rose no matter what after that ESPN special or whatever it was.
Now? Not so much. I'll wait till it plays out but it doesn't seem good.
I'm sure he was thinking of all of our support for him when he got into a fight with his mrs over something we don't even know.Rose is a dumbass. Even if not, I imagine the morals clause is probably broad enough that they can terminate him with a fair amount of discretion. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make it to next week.Adam Rose better pray to the heavens above that he isn't convicted.
They'll do nothing until the case is over, he'll be suspended for the duration and then fired if convicted. They have room to fire him even if not convicted ofc, but the suspension part is automatic in the policy.Even if not, I imagine the morals clause is probably broad enough that they can terminate him with a fair amount of discretion. Eh it depends on the case itself. He'll likely plead quickly, but if it goes to trial, it could be 2017 before the case is resolved. I can't see the WWE waiting that long. They're almost certainly conducting their own investigation into the matter now to weigh the merits of the charges. They'll do nothing until the case is over, he'll be suspended for the duration and then fired if convicted. Then they "fire" him without cause in the meantime. He is an "independent contractor" after all, so it probably just requires written notice to terminate his services. I still imagine they're looking into the case to make sure it has merit. They don't have to wait that long, they can fire him whenever they want, for whatever they want.
It's just their policy regarding this kind of thing stats that they'll be suspended for the duration, and fired or reinstated when it's resolved. If they fire him for being arrested and before the case is over, then he's got grounds for wrongful termination.
Adam Rose has been arrested. Link. If anything comes of it I expect he's done.
I was rooting for him, too.
So much for that. See ya later!
Per Wrestlezone:
Apparently, taking the phone away from her is the 'Tampering with a Witness" charge and is a felony in Florida. Grabbing her face was the Battery charge and is a misdemeanor.
Actively trying to stop someone from reporting a crime really isn't something small at all. I've no idea how you can think it is.
Roses' wife: During the hearing, Rose's wife said they have a special needs child who needs both parents.
Rose's lawyer also argued Rose's actions were "not aggressive or painful" but rather "more of a passionate, 'Hey, let's talk about this.'"
I understand what you're saying CP...I would venture to agree with you...but not knowing everything, its tough to take a side here
I understand what you are saying CP. No one here was there, we don't know what happened.
Is his wife the type that would make a 'threat' like that? Or did she feel that she was truly in danger? It's really hard to say that a call to 911 should not have been made.
If the reports are true and he grabbed her face to pull her closer to yell at her, that is VERY different from grabbing someone's arm to get their attention so that the conversation can continue.
