That Alex Huang RD partner of Schaeffer does looks like a nice RD with some smarts and defensive ability to his game. Have to keep an eye on him.
Also 67 fans will like the bit on Vincent Rohrer

2025 Russian Prospects just in case the Sens add to their abysmal amateur scouting

Does he mean since Yakemchuk?

Watched Madison play on Saturday, Ryker Lee and Mason Moe both stood out in a very good way.

I could see both guys climbing up towards late 1st, early 2nd type territory.

Both were two steps ahead of everyone else, seemed incredibly smart on first viewing. Would definitely have both guys on the radar for both our 2nd and 3rd.

Moe seems to be the rambunctious type the Sens scouts love, he dropped the goles early on in the game

Don't even think about it. 1. under 6-2; 2. under 200, 3. PIMs are way too low

Scanning the list of draft eligibles sorted by PIM totals, not seeing a lot of potential Sens picks.

Maybe someone like Genborg or Vansaghi would be of interest to our scouts, but if we finish in the 20-32 range I wonder if this is the year we give up our 1st.

If he is still running the draft .. why not

Apparently Shane Vasaghi trained with Brady and his brother in the off-season, as he's also from St. Louis.

6'2, 216lb powerforward with some grit. 8 points and 14 penalty minutes in 10 games for Michigan State so far.

I was not impressed with him at all last season when he played for the USNTDP, but he seems to have taken a big step forward as an 18 year old.

Probably someone our scouts are keeping a close eye on.

Size and puck movement on the backend in the mold of a 2 way guy like Mcavoy/ Hedman at RD or speed on the wing with the ability to hold the puck through the neutral zone and make cycle plays on the wings would be my second choice, preferably RW abut need it on both wings

NCAA 2025 Draft D Prospect

good size good wheels playing NCAA in his draft year

Another currently 17 y/o D playing NCAA at BU is

I like looking at the NCAA draft eligible prospects.. its a tough level to play at that age and bodes well if they succeed at it
