Can't imagine Keefe is going to let that Dillon/Hamilton get continually caved in though. I put them where both Hamilton and Dillon could have a babysitter lol

Hughes, Werenski and Dahlin didn't make the playoffs(idk how 3 generational dmen could miss the playoffs, don't ask me) so Hutson is 3rd in the playoffs, but Bouchard is a product of McDavid so Hutson is the 2nd best dman in the playoffs.

If trying to shuffle Dillon, there's a better chance they run Hughes - Hamilton than shifting Siegs - Kovacevic though. Kovacevic and Siegs were analytical darlings together, which this org cares a lot about. Since the Siegs' injury and trade, Kovacevic plays with Dumo....who would be out of the lineup.

All of this is irrelevant though since Siegs isn't coming back round 1+. Realistically I expect:

Dillon - Hamilton
Hughes - Pesce
Dumo - Kovacevic

Maybe roll 7D with Casey after they lose the first couple games or 2/3.

It has to be, as nobody who knows even a little about hockey has the Montreal Canadians defence as the second best in the league.

Really, you should be a lot more concerned about the fact they may not even make the playoffs, rather than trying to convince people the Habs defence is top 2 league wide.

For the record I am a huge fan of Lane Hutson and think he is going to be dynamite offensively as he gets older, stronger and wiser. Defensively he has a ton to work on.

Fowler, Broberg and Parayko have been fantastic. Not sure how people are ranking the Blues so low.

Throw in guys like Faulk, Leddy, Suter, and Tucker, and that's a very solid top 7 with no real weak links.
