No oneWho is everyone choice for this year PTO
Time to give the kids a real shot, and we sure as heck don't need anymore bottom six to choose some
And bank more $ for trade deadline

Was on 3rd line in PO. 9th F in TOI and 8/9 in PO scoring. He was on the fourth line.
I’m with you see what the kids can do ,and leave some cap space well as long as Swayman doesn’t use it all .No one

I'm not an analytics or LeBanc fan but on a PTO or million dollar contract he is worth a gamble:
McKeen’s 2023-24 Yearbook - Coming off an injury-shortened 2021-2022 season, Labanc contributed 33 points (15 G, 18 A) but he found himself on the doghouse, too, despite providing solid defensive play. From January 11 through March 11, a span of 16 games Labanc had one assist and averaged just 11:04 of ice time per game. His ice time and production picked up after that but with the Sharks acquiring a lot of new wingers in the offseason, Labanc is going to be facing a challenge for ice time in 2023-2024, which seems weird for the returning player who led Sharks regulars in Corsi percentage and expected goals percentage last season. At his best, Labanc is a strong passer with a heavy shot, one that he should try to utilize more frequently. Labanc accrued 56 points during the 2018-2019 campaign, but it feels like he is a long way from that now. A more reasonable expectation for this season is in the 35-point range but there is probably more upside for Labanc if he gets traded to a team that could use his skill in their top six.

Fenian, I never thought the day would come when you would join us dirty chart posters.
Welcome.
in theory....but equal performances the job will likely go to the known entityA PTO is brought in in case the kids fail to take advantage of the shot. not to prevent them from getting their shot
Noany chance the Bruins take a flyer on Zadina and Sutter for league minimums to add depth and competition at training camp?
WAY TOO EARLY since it's only the 5th day of the League yearany chance the Bruins take a flyer on Zadina and Sutter for league minimums to add depth and competition at training camp?
could see a PTO for somebody. They don’t like handing jobs out to rookies. Guy like Lysell should be able to outplay a PTO guy at this point anyway.any chance the Bruins take a flyer on Zadina and Sutter for league minimums to add depth and competition at training camp?
Yep, too rich for most people, including me.Signed I believe with Detroit
I’m not sure those are the same people.Tarasenkos worst season was debrusks career high. Yet people wouldn’t pay $4.5m for tarasenko, but were asking for $6m+ for Debrusk?
Tarasenko's injury history is concerning.Tarasenkos worst season was debrusks career high. Yet people wouldn’t pay $4.5m for tarasenko, but were asking for $6m+ for Debrusk?
He was a good soldier for the Bruins. Constantly throwing himself on grenades whenever they were fired. For this he faced disrespect and judgement.Interesting podcast called LiveInFive that interviewed Forbort a couple days ago. In it, he says he played the whole season with a bad groin that was infected, and that in his final weeks he was playing with a torn ligament in his thumb. He jokingly said he couldn't skate and couldn't hold his stick. He says he went to Sweeney and told him before the trade deadline that he was going to have surgery on both and that he should use the cap space for LTIR. Forbort stated he felt like he wasn't helping the boys out much, so he could help by getting the surgeries and the team could have cap space. So he was playing injured during his final weeks, and not something like he got injured in his final regular season game and couldn't play anymore. He was injured the whole time. Probably explains why his game was somewhat off.
A lot of us switching allegiances and sides here. It's like the Earth's magnetic fields have flipped.Fenian, I never thought the day would come when you would join us dirty chart posters.

I would have signed Tarasenko to that contract but I would have signed Debrusk too.Tarasenkos worst season was debrusks career high. Yet people wouldn’t pay $4.5m for tarasenko, but were asking for $6m+ for Debrusk?
Add to that I think DeBrusk has still yet to peak. I think his best years are ahead of him. I think DeBrusk is going to be a great signing for Vancouver. Still his money went to Zadorov and I think Zadorov changes the identity of this team. I think this Free Agency for DeBrusk was a win for the player and both teams involved.I would have signed Tarasenko to that contract but I would have signed Debrusk too.
Last 2 playoffs
Debrusk age 27 last 2 playoffs 9-8-17 in 20 GP
Tarasenko age 32 last 2 playoffs 8-5-13 in 31 GP
Tyler Johnson probably makes the most sense because he can play C and RW incase Poitras and Lysell need some more timeAssuming Sprong signed elsewhere, Tyler Johnson.
