Looking back at the underlying numbers, Arizona did a really good job kinda sheltering Chychrun and putting in positions to succeed.

I don't think a 1st was on the table. Have been saying for months that the list of teams needing an offensive LD was small and the market for Chychrun was limited.

As a fan of the team, and not necessarily the players that play for it, I am all for the amount of roster change we've seen so far this off season.

Tired of watching this team suck. This roster has been brutal, poorly constructed, and terribly managed.

I'm happy with all the roster shakeup too. We needed vets, we got some. We needed a stable RD partner for Chabot, we have one. We needed a goalie that could make a save, we got one. We needed to replace the entire 4th line. We have.

Only thing left is sign Pinto long-term, get a bottom pairing RD to play with Kleven, and sign Ullmark long-term after he falls in love with Ottawa.
