Honestly the biggest issue I've noticed is what Scrivens and Dubnyk have said and what has been said about them.
Sure there are issues with how these guys play at times, but why could both guys be successful here while not changing anything technical?
The talk around Dubnyk was he was struggling mentally with his family(new kid?) and not being able to juggle things last year. You listen to Scrivens this year and last year and you can tell that he's a goalie. He talks way too much about how he just needed to focus mentally better and not get too worried.
I don't know that we need to bring a guy in to show these guys how to play better, we just need someone that can sit down with these guys and get them focused.
Maybe a guy like Joseph who while he's an ex-oiler he had to deal with a lot of crap over the years. He's not only a guy that had to excel on a poor Oiler team, but he's dealt with the media pressure's of Toronto. Maybe he's not the best goalie coach technically, but a guy with his experience just to talk ***** with Scrivens and Fasth might be all we need.
