I think he fits better with Chytil. Panarin-Strome need more of a digger which isn't really Vatrano's game.

He can find open space in the offensive zone, something sorely needed with Chytil's extreme N-S tendencies.

It's because of a lack of control beyond this year, but in the NYRs case, that's a postitive and not a negative.

They might be able to clean up on rentals. Teams are obsessed over term and cost certainty right now.
