I haven't watched the show in 10 years and didn't even realize that he left it 3 years ago, but I watched it a fair bit during its first few seasons in the early 2010s. It was the perfect show to have on in the background or if you didn't want to have to engage your brain. He seemed like a good guy and partner.

Watching American Pickers was a key player in keeping me entertained during the pandemic, and I continue to watch the frequently repeating episodes to this day (and night) on Samsung TV Plus. The show quality dropped off dramatically when Frank took his medical leave for back surgery. I was never a fan of his personality, but his involvement was vital to making the show work. R.I.P.

We also have a Samsung TV and though it's primarily streaming something or set to blu-ray, the default channel is always set to one of either two things Ion Mystery or whatever channel is a 24-7 loop of American Pickers.

Frank's been the background to so many "so what are we going to watch tonight" conversations I feel like he's part of the family. RIP
