It seems like this tournament was justification for bringing back the World Cup.

So despite the all star game feeling of this tournament, if it means we get the World Cup back, then I am all for it.

That 1996 World Cup win was the single reason I ever started playing ice hockey, it was incredible for hockey culture in the US.

That was a fantastic game which is weird because I read that it was supposed to be a lame joke of an exhibition tournament.

should've used him on the pp too. Not out there for either units. H e looked great in ot, and once Makar broke his stick, went right at him to almost win it.

Yeah I have to admit. That was fun. Didn't watch the whole game but definitely entertaining. Theodore left the game from a mini check from non other than yours truly adrian kempe. Hope he's okay. Ouch. Definitely way better than an all star game. So close for Kempe in OT.

Adrian Kempe is probably the best Swedish forward in the NHL after watching that game.

Yeah, I don't think the wider hockey world realizes that Kempe has that dog in him - outside of the Pacific Division at least. Sweden could utilize him more.
