This feels like the NHL taunting countries other than Canada as compensation for a Canadian team not winning a cup since … Montreal in ‘92? At least make them play in international sized rinks.

I wish they did play the games all on the big ice....not much good these days with bigger and faster guys and no room to make plays......even Fox/Lindgren would be good on the big ice with Fox maneuvers ....his wrister to the net might lack some punch....maybe one hoppers with some practice and Kreider deflecting .....double up his assists quickly .

Theodore took that hit all wrong.

I really can't stand how almost all players who know how to take hits have basically aged out of the NHL now.

Practically every player today turns into the boards before contact and sets themselves up for an injury or a boarding call against the aggressor.

All these Midget/Junior leagues that keep raising the age before legal hitting are doing a disservice to the players.

No one knows how to take a hit anymore.

....and the Rangers have the market cornered on guys that don't know how to deliver one either .
