Matthew Tkachuk is a gamer, plain and simple. So is Brady. Any time there was a scrum, one or both Tkachuks was right in the middle. And of course they dominated where it matters most, the scoresheet.

Sullivan was over-thinking by not having them together from the outset.

Faber/Boldy showed that in a short tournament, familiarity helps.

Was a bit surprised at the constant ball-washing of the Finns through two periods by PK Subban and Messier. Oh well, in the end they got their wish, and they ultimately were the huge underdogs they wanted them to be.

I don't know who chose the music, but Freebird as Team USA's goal song was epic. During Sweden's game, I heard Rock the Night, a lesser-known track by Swedish band Europe, famous for The Final Countdown. Great stuff.

Though I've watched some of the skills competitions over the years, I've stopped watching the crappy All-Star games many years ago

..but these 4 Nations games are definitely worth watching ..because it's REAL hockey
