Having 3 goalies on the rosters for such a short tourney is odd to me. Sway's most likely going to have a nice week and a half doing a couple of practices and sitting in the stands. Feels like a proper holiday would have been a better use of his time.

I wonder if any of our players really stand out and elevate their games playing with elite talent, or if the opposite happens and are exposed. Lindholm is a big candidate for this.

I also wonder if there’s any chemistry displayed that would make someone want to come play here or make us want to trade for.

My guess is the dirty Americans will spend half their games killing penalties. Thank god we have the best goalie in the world right now.

When it comes to USA vs Canada, especially in competitions, it's balls to the wall. There's no love there, at least for me. I want my country to do well. And I want my guys who play for my city individually to do well. But country comes first, at least for me.

And the Bruins this year have severely ruined the fun of watching the game, so I'm hoping this tourney will bring my spark back. And maybe a pep in our players step.

The only thing that I hope comes out of this is Brads health, need to keep that asset healthy so I prey Charlie doesn't crush him. (But I would love it to see some fans heads to explode)

I never route for Canada in any of these international tournies. I love Canada but the arrogance is over top.
I don't care who the forwards are, I wouldn't be bragging if Binnington was your starting goalie.

If the US doesn't win, I want Finland. Although it will be tough without Miro.

NHL just announced the World Cup of Hockey is coming back! It will be in-season like this, which I like (no All-Star Game nonsense).

They're going to do a best on best every 2 years, alternating the Olympics and World Cup. Love it!
