Lol kind of funny that the Dogg wins MVP by scoring lots of goals, but refuses to do that for us this year. Hopeful he continues to score goals after this tournament.

Anyway it's just not the same when the tournament doesn't include stalwarts like Yougoslavia and Rhodesia. Hollow victory regardless of the outcome.

Honestly, is there a more selfish player than Matthew Tkachuk? I don't care how much this game meant to him, it meant a lot to EVERY American player. This guy did exactly what Brandon Hagel said - playing for the cameras.
If you knew you were THIS hurt to where you could only play 6 minutes and writhe in pain on the bench the rest of the game, you should have sat the f*** out and let Kyle Connor play.
Don't get me wrong I'm STOKED Canada won, and Cale Makar showed why he is the best defenseman in the world tonight because USA had no answer for him except for one shift on B. Tkachuk's goal.
But man, American fans should be killing this guy for being such a selfish asshole.

Thought Makar was the best player tonight. Thought Mack actually got worse as the game went, but Sam Reinhart was pretty invisible all tournament and a bit of an anchor for that line. Sid and Mack needed Lehkonen

I will never shit on a warrior being a warrior and Connor was dog shit, like completely dog shit all tournament. He was soft as f***, and that wasn't part of the chemistry of the team.
I'll take the warrior.. Do you not play Kadri because his hand is broken only to see him score a highlight goal with said broken hand?
