Yeah, that's why I was asking. I honestly don't know what stipulations they put in place for this tournament other than nationalism.

Even the Olympics are confusing to me. Chris Chelios played for Team USA but still tried out for the Greek boblsed team in 2006.

I think the thing I'm looking forward to the most about this tournament is not having to watch Austin Matthews look at me creepily and say, "Four nations, facing off" on ESPN+ every commercial break when it's over.

I'm excited to see future Avalanche powerplay of MacKinnon, Makar, Crosby and McDavid at work though.
