I guess so. Seems whenever I hear it, at official ceremonies and whatnot, the first few lines are usually sung in French.

Now that I think about it, they used to do this at the Forum back in the 70s, when I watched HNIC on Windsor's Ch. 9.

Truth he doesn’t bite his tongue but in this situation he should consider it. He wasn’t a factor in this tournament, his age showed, he was consistently behind the play and fighting the puck. Matthew and Brady were factors in each and every game. The Canadians won, with some luck. They were outplayed in this game by a fair margin. Hockey is a game of bounces, Marchand should know that. Take the high road. He’s very immature for a veteran.

That's not the game I saw. I don't think any team outplayed the other. One team did outscore the other though.

Didn’t get that. There were times Cirelli was out in a situation that seemed far from a line matchup, he is solid 200 ft guy (I think, don’t know what the metrics say). Marchand had moments where he was buzzing and even if not scoring he gave them energy.

I did not watch much of the four nations, but my instincts suggest to me Cooper was on point. It is a game of mistakes but you can't play too much when you have many turnovers and bad line changes as Marchy does more often than not.

You missed some beautiful hockey..Watching Flyers vs Oilers right now and it feels slow.I am sure that will change but it drives it home to me how good the hockey was at 4 nation.

Every time he was on the ice something good happened. He was fast, he won battles, he made plays…

You have to admit in that tournament he was a step slower than a lot of those guys were going. For that team he was where he should be, a 4th liner.

I have to agree with JT Miller on this, its going be fun watching some of these guys playing each other.

I would have thought they would have tried him with Cosby they had had success before,but not even a shift.

Who said the fight is what injured him ? I was under the impression he got hurt trying the spin move in front vs USA during round robin.You could clearly see him grimace and head off .He took a couple Laps between whistles and replay showed him telling Trainor he could not go.Not saying I am right either,but that's what I saw.

Just like the Olympics it will be water under the bridge. These guys have a job and contracts to deal with. They are now about the grind of March and a trade deadline coming.

Why? Did he do or say something? Players tend to play for the jersey they're wearing. I'm sure Marchand and Bennett will be going at each other again, and Marchand will be happy to play with McAvoy and Sway again.
